Configuration Guide

  • Flexible/Additional Rules & Logic: Any specific rules, edge cases, or conditional behavioral instructions for the AI that overrides or adds to the standard extraction. Example: "If image contains a hardhat, say safety compliant."
  • Enable AI Image Analysis (Vision API): If toggled ON, the AI will download and analyze images attached to the WhatsApp report to cross-reference with the text. Consequences: Slower processing time and higher AI token costs.
  • Bot Feedback Rules:
    - Enable AI Analysis: The "Master Switch" for AI features.
    - Enable Quality Scoring: If ON, shows the X/10 score in replies.
    - Enable AI Feedback: If ON, shows the qualitative text feedback.
    - Send Text Message Response: If OFF, the Bot ONLY reacts with ✅ (but still replies to errors).
  • Summary Command: Defines the keyword that triggers a daily shift summary (e.g., !summary_abc). The Include Qualitative AI Summary controls if the AI generates a narrative analysis below the leaderboard.
  • Available AI Commands (JSON):
    - Reject Report: Instruct AI to reject (e.g. "Reject if no image"). Returns reject_report and reject_reason.
    - Reroute Keyword: Instruct AI to change category (e.g. "If Land Clearing, reroute to #MAAGENERAL"). Uses reroute_keyword.
    - Force Zero Score: Instruct AI to skip scoring (e.g. "Set score to 0 for general reports"). Uses force_zero_score: true.
  • Image Verification: The bot automatically tells the AI if an image is attached. You can write rules like "Reject the report if there is no image attached."
    Note: To analyze the contents of the image, enable Vision API in the checkbox above.
